The plaintiff appeals from the trial courts judgment sustaining the defendant commissioners suspension of the plaintiffs motor vehicle operators license for refusal to submit to a chemical alcohol test following his arrest for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. General Statutes § 14-227b. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly concluded that there was substantial evidence in the record to support the administrative hearing officers findings (1) that the plaintiff was operating the motor vehicle in question and (2) that there was probable cause to arrest the plaintiff. The plaintiff also claims that his arrest was unlawful. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
